Archiving
Archiving & Long-term Preservation
The conference is committed to permanent preservation of all published research, independent of the publisher's hosting infrastructure.
Primary archives
- Zenodo (operated by CERN) โ primary digital preservation. Every published article is deposited as an independent record with its own DOI. Zenodo is funded by CERN and the European Commission and guarantees long-term preservation.
- Internet Archive Scholar โ secondary preservation. All published PDFs and metadata are deposited within 24 hours of publication.
Aggregator archives
- OpenAIRE โ metadata harvested via OAI-PMH
- BASE โ metadata harvested daily
- CORE โ full-text harvested for offline preservation
Self-archiving rights
Authors retain the right to deposit the published version in:
- Institutional repositories
- Subject repositories (arXiv, SocArXiv, etc. where applicable)
- Personal websites
- Scholarly collaboration networks (ResearchGate, Academia.edu)
Persistent identifiers
Every article receives a permanent Zenodo DOI on publication. The DOI resolves to the article landing page on econferences.ru. Should the publisher's hosting change in future, the DOI will be redirected to the new authoritative location with no break in citation chains.
Format preservation
PDFs are produced in PDF/A archival format where possible, ensuring long-term readability and self-containment of fonts and resources.
