- Metadata distribution via OAI-PMH and Crossref-compatible feeds
Waivers
Full or partial APC waivers may be granted to:
- Corresponding authors from low-income and lower-middle-income countries (per current World Bank classification)
- Authors facing demonstrable financial hardship
- Authors from institutions that lack research funding budgets
Waiver requests should be made at submission time and accompanied by a brief justification. Send to info@econferences.ru.
Payment
APC is invoiced only after a final accept decision. Payment instructions are sent with the acceptance letter. No payment is required at submission. Accepted payment methods include international bank transfer and Stripe.
No conflict between fee and editorial decision
Editorial decisions are made independently of the author's ability to pay. The APC is invoiced only after acceptance and a waiver request never influences the editorial outcome.
