Author Guidelines

1. Manuscript types

  • Research article โ€” 4,000 to 8,000 words including references
  • Review article โ€” 6,000 to 12,000 words
  • Short communication โ€” 1,500 to 3,000 words
  • Case study โ€” 3,000 to 6,000 words
  • Letter to the editor โ€” up to 1,000 words

2. Manuscript format

  • File format: Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (provide PDF compile)
  • Page size: A4, 1-inch (2.54 cm) margins all around
  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt or equivalent serif
  • Line spacing: 1.5 lines
  • Single column, page numbers in bottom-right

3. Required sections (in order)

  1. Title โ€” concise, โ‰ค 20 words, informative
  2. Author block โ€” full names, ORCID iDs, affiliations, corresponding author email
  3. Abstract โ€” 200โ€“300 words, structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion)
  4. Keywords โ€” 5โ€“8 terms, comma-separated
  5. Main text โ€” Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion (IMRaD)
  6. Funding and conflict-of-interest statements
  7. Ethics approval statement (if applicable)
  8. References โ€” APA 7th edition by default; IEEE and Harvard accepted on agreement

4. Figures and tables

  • Embed within the manuscript at the relevant location
  • Provide separate high-resolution source files (PNG/TIFF โ‰ฅ 300 DPI, or vector SVG/EPS)
  • Number sequentially: Figure 1, Table 1, etc.
  • Captions: below figures, above tables
  • Permissions required for any reused third-party material

5. Submission

  1. Register on the conference OJS portal
  2. Click "Make a Submission"
  3. Complete the five-step submission wizard
  4. Upload the manuscript and supplementary files
  5. Confirm submission and note your submission ID

6. After acceptance

  • Copyediting within 24โ€“48 hours
  • Author proof review (72 hours response window)
  • Final publication with Zenodo DOI
  • Article processing charge invoiced (10 USD)
