The main logical steps in the formation of the legal culture of society, the place and role of legal education in it are considered. The process of creating legal values is of an objective nature and is associated with the manifestation of the essential and natural in law. Legal science and legal education act in this process as attributive elements of the spiritual basis of legal culture. It is a prerequisite for the identification, preservation and development of the material elements of legal culture.
