The informationally significant symptoms of chronic allergic rhinopathy (CAR) and chronic vasomotor rhinopathy (CVR) identified using the developed algorithm and their justified diagnostic significance for both nosologies give reason to consider chronic vasomotor rhinopathy a synonym for chronic allergic rhinopathy.
